Welcome to Select Hockey at Hillcrest
The Hillcrest Select Program was formed in 1965 and has been a member of the NYHL since that time. At Hillcrest we are fully committed to our Select Program and every effort is made to have Select Teams at every division from Tykes to Juvenile, at both the minor and major age groups if we have a sufficient number of players.
Hillcrest Select Hockey is a program that allows our more competitive house league players, at each division, an opportunity to play against other house league organizations in the NYHL. The select teams are determined through a tryout process that is held in early September. Players who make the team are required to play both house league and select hockey, an additional fee is required.
