REGISTRATION FOR 2008-2009 IS NOW AVAILABLE!

Please read this page carefully before you start registration.  The following information will let you know what is required and what you need to do to get assistance when things don't go right.

Note:  The Early Bird registration discount ends April 30th.  Under no circumstances will it be extended past this date.  Please register well before April 30th to ensure you have sufficient time.  

Help is not a 24/7 operation and it may be a business day or 2 before you receive a returned call - which you then in turn may miss.  Add a weekend and this could stretch over a week.

Payment in full is required to step on the ice.  The system allows you to register, your son/daughter may be put on a team and a coach may call but a list of those not paid will be provided to each convenor and he/she will not allow your child on the ice without a cash or cheque payment - on the spot (we do not take Visa at the rink).  "I will get it to you next week" is not accepted.  Without payment there is no insurance and we, the executive, are at risk if something happens.  This applies to Select Tryouts too.  The easiest way to avoid this is to pay when you register.

If you experience any technical problems with the Quickenrollment registration program, please call Quickenrollment at (416) 337-2016.  Please DO NOT contact the Hillcrest Minor Hockey phone line or e-mail address as we are unable to assist with technical problems.

For those of you without up-to-date email addresses, after entering the registration system, you will have the "forgot password" option and will be able to receive the User ID and Password by answering a question and providing your current email address.

If you encounter any problem with obtaining this information, please call Quickenrollment at (416) 337-2016.  You WILL NOT be able to obtain this information by contacting the Hillcrest phone or email address. 

Players previously registered with Hillcrest, who had previously provided their birth registration numbers, will not have to provide this information once again.  

For new Hillcrest players, you will be asked for the player’s birth registration number, so please have this available before you start.  Birth certificate number is not acceptable, so please take care to provide the "registration number" as seen below. 

Passport or Citizenship number will be accepted as alternatives for those not born in Canada. 

 There are two parts to the enrolment process. First you will set up the main contact information and then any inforamtion related to each player being registered.  For returning Hillcrest players, this information is retained – you will only have to check the information and provide any corrections/updates.

Once that is completed you will "register participants for events". After you enrol each player you will be asked for payment.

Fees are:

• Minis $215 (Early Bird -$30)

• Tyke $295 (Early Bird -$30)

• Novice $315 (Early Bird -$30)

• Atom, Peewee, Bantam Midget, Girls Divisions $355 (Early Bird -$60)

Payment options are as follows:

• On-line Visa only 

• cheque

• money order

Payment features are as follows:

• Early Registration Discount  available to those registered and paid in full by April 30th  (If paying by cheque, postage date stamp has to be on or before April 30th).

• Enrol-Now-Pay-Later option – Holds spot for the player

• Full Value Refund – Allows you to take advantage of Early Registration Discount without the worry of getting your money back if, for instance, you later decide that your child is unable to play at the designated times for his/her level.

• You are also able to go back into the registration system and pay by VISA only after you have registered.
